Transfer market: An English club wants to try again for Gouiri.

Amine Gouiri remains a player to watch in the Premier League. Tottenham is monitoring the Algerian international, whose profile particularly appeals to Roberto De Zerbi, who has previously coached him and knows his skills well.
Amine Gouiri continues to attract interest in England. According to the latest reports from La Provence, Tottenham had already shown interest in the Algerian international during the last summer transfer window. This option remains relevant as Roberto De Zerbi, currently in charge of the Spurs, is familiar with the forward from his time at Marseille and appreciates his playing style.
De Zerbi's interest in Gouiri is not new. It was indeed the Italian coach who advocated for his arrival at OM in January 2025. Under his guidance, the Algerian quickly found his footing, enjoying great freedom in attack. Gouiri himself mentioned that De Zerbi's playing principles suited him perfectly.
This season, Gouiri remains one of Marseille's key offensive assets. He currently has 10 appearances across all competitions, 5 goals, and 1 assist, with five goals in seven Ligue 1 matches. His performance remains solid despite a few quieter moments.
Under contract with OM until 2029, the 26-year-old forward currently has an estimated market value of 28 million euros. Marseille was already asking for between 25 and 30 million this summer. If Tottenham makes a concrete move, a reunion between Gouiri and De Zerbi could quickly become a hot topic in the transfer market.
