Zamalek training: Reducing the workload on players ahead of a friendly match against ENPPI.

The coaching staff of Zamalek's first football team, led by Moataz Gamal, emphasized reducing the physical load on players during training held today, Saturday, at the secondary pitch of the Defense Stadium.

This decision aims to avoid exhausting the players ahead of the friendly match against Eastern Company scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, at Petro Sport Stadium, as part of the preparations for upcoming official matches.

The players engaged in a light physical training session under the supervision of Portuguese coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro, which began with jogging around the pitch, along with some light exercises using the ball.

Focusing on Tactical Implementation

The coaching staff focused on implementing some tactical aspects during today's training, dividing the players into several groups to execute specific technical drills, before moving on to a small-sided game at the end of the session to apply what had been practiced.

Zamalek's first football team is preparing to face ZED on October 7 at Arab Contractors Stadium, as part of the Cairo Capital Cup matches.
