Egypt is preparing to host the third edition of the World Handball Club Championship, known as the Super Globe, which will take place from September 24 to 29 in the New Administrative Capital.
United Sports reveals the organizing committee for the tournament
The United Sports Company announced the appointment of Khaled Fathy, President of the Egyptian Handball Federation, as the head of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the World Handball Club Championship to be held in the New Administrative Capital this September. Amr Salah has been appointed as the head of the organizing committee, while Yasser Al-Ramli will serve as the tournament director.
Crowd situation
Amr Salah clarified that the matches will witness a significant crowd presence, emphasizing the importance of Egyptian club fans, especially those of Al Ahly and Zamalek, to support the participating teams and ensure the success of this global event in line with Egypt's reputation.
Strong participation from Egypt in the Super Globe
Al Ahly will begin its matches on September 25 against the winner of the match between Hungarian team Veszprém and Australian team Sydney, before facing Kuwaiti team Burgan on September 27 and German team Fox Berlin on September 29.
Zamalek will play its first match in the qualifying round on September 24 against American team Los Angeles.
