Lekié FF is making its debut in the CAF Women's Champions League. The Cameroonian club secured its spot by winning the UNIFFAC zone. As they prepare to embrace this historic occasion, player Yvana Yakana Makana is calling for support.

The Lekié FF faces off against FUS Rabat in their opening match of the tournament. This encounter pits a newcomer against a club returning with high aspirations. The experience of Ajara Njoya Nchout will be crucial for the Cameroonian side as they aim to create an upset. Yvana Yakana Makana believes the team will perform well on the field and urges fans and the Cameroonian public to also contribute.

« Against FUS Rabat, we will give our all, but we also need your support wherever you are », she stated.

Lekié FF aims to start on a positive note. Placed in Group A, the Cameroonian club will also face Mamelodi Sundowns and FC Masar.
