However, the reality of the market took a different turn. The Algerian international winger is about to sign with Al-Ittihad in Jeddah, following a transfer valued at €40 million, including bonuses. This impressive amount would make him the most lucrative transfer ever made by Feyenoord.

Negotiations intensified in recent days between the two clubs. According to the latest information, an agreement has been reached regarding the permanent transfer of the forward, who would thus become one of the most expensive signings in the Saudi market.

This outcome is not entirely unexpected for observers of the Greens. As early as the end of June, another club from the Saudi Pro League had approached Feyenoord for the Algerian winger, demonstrating the interest in his profile for several months in the Gulf region.

However, not everything is settled yet. The Rotterdam club has made a clear demand before signing the contract: to obtain a valid financial guarantee from their Saudi counterparts.

His agent, Mohamed Dahmane, confirmed the status of the negotiations. "Feyenoord has actually accepted the offer, but they insisted on obtaining a bank guarantee... Everything now depends on the presentation of this bank guarantee to finalize the transfer," he specified.

In summary, an agreement has been reached on the principles, amount, and conditions. Only one document is missing. This administrative formality, common in major international transactions, should be resolved in the coming days if Al-Ittihad's management acts quickly.
