The organizing committee for the FIFA Club World Cup "Super Globe" has appointed Khaled Fathi, President of the Egyptian Handball Federation, as the head of the high organizing committee for the tournament, which will take place in the New Administrative Capital this September.
Amr Salah has also been appointed as the head of the tournament's organizing committee.
Al Ahly will begin its matches on September 25 against the winner of the match between Veszprém from Hungary and Sydney from Australia, before facing Kuwait's Burgan on September 27 and Germany's Fox Berlin on September 29.
Meanwhile, Zamalek will play its first match in the qualifying round on September 24 against the American team Los Angeles.

The tournament will feature two representatives from Egypt, Al Ahly and Zamalek, with Al Ahly qualifying directly to the group stage as the host nation's representative, while Zamalek aims to advance past the preliminary round to secure its place in the main tournament of the Handball World Cup.
