Medical Exam to Determine Bakiz's Future with Raja
Player Younes Bakiz is close to donning the jersey of Raja Casablanca, after the "Green" club reached an agreement with Danish club Silkeborg for the player's loan during the current summer transfer window.
This move follows negotiations and efforts from Raja's management, which has shown a desire to utilize Bakiz's abilities, considering his capacity to play in multiple attacking positions, making him one of the names that caught the team's attention during the current mercato.
Raja's management preferred the loan option due to the high financial cost of the player and his ongoing contract with the Danish club, before successfully reaching a compromise that allows for his temporary transfer to the Green team.
All that remains for the deal to be officially completed is for Bakiz to pass the medical examinations, after which the administrative procedures related to his transfer will be finalized, paving the way for him to join Raja's training, following a recent injury.
Bakiz is 27 years old and is known for his ability to play in various attacking roles, as he can operate as an attacking midfielder or winger, in addition to being utilized as a forward.
Last season, the player participated in 29 matches with Silkeborg across various competitions, managing to score two goals and provide four assists, as he looks to translate his experience in the Danish league into strengthening the Green team's attack for the upcoming season.
It is worth noting that the "Green" team is working on releasing three players this summer, namely left-back Amin Khammass, Bilal Ould Cheikh, and Babi Ousmane Sako.
