The meeting is expected to cover the teams' kits for the match, along with all arrangements related to the encounter, arrival times at the stadium, and some additional details.

Zamalek will be represented at the meeting by Abdullah Hussein, the acting administrative director, Basem Ziyada, the public relations officer, and Mohamed Hosni, the logistics officer.
Zamalek will host AS Port, the Djiboutian champions, at 8 PM on Saturday at Cairo International Stadium in the second leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
It is worth noting that the first leg, held last Friday at Cairo Stadium, ended with Zamalek winning 2-1.
