Reports from the meeting revealed clear admissions of significant errors in some matches, particularly in the encounter between Zamalek and Abu Qir for Fertilizers.

The match between Zamalek and Abu Qir for Fertilizers saw an official acknowledgment of Zamalek's right to a penalty that referee Mahmoud Nagy failed to award for player Mohamed Shahata, who was pushed inside the penalty area. The circumstances indicate that this situation aligns with the criteria used to award a previous penalty to Achraf Bencharki against Eastern Company in the first round, officiated by the same referee.
