A High-Level Delegation from Villarreal Visits Algeria to Discuss a Project with CR Belouizdad
“Ennahar Online” has received information from private sources indicating that a high-level delegation from Villarreal's Spanish Academy will arrive in Algeria on October 25. The visit aims to follow up on the academy's project in the country and explore new opportunities for collaboration in training.
The delegation will include the ambassador of Villarreal's global academy, former Spanish national team player Marcos Senna, along with the academy's director of international projects and business, Brandon Paramo, who is responsible for linking the academy's global branches with the club's methodology, as well as the technical director of Villarreal Academy in Algeria, Matias Mari Fricon.
According to information available to “Ennahar Online,” the delegation is expected to hold meetings on October 26 with representatives from the Ministry of Sports and officials from CR Belouizdad, where discussions will cover several topics, including a previous project concerning the possibility of Villarreal Academy overseeing the training center of CR Belouizdad in Ain Benian.
This project remains under discussion among the various parties, with upcoming meetings expected to reveal the feasibility of its implementation, especially given Villarreal Academy's desire to expand its presence in Algeria.
In this context, Villarreal Academy in Algeria is entering a new phase of its activities, as it will begin training sessions starting next Friday at several locations, such as the University of Algiers 3 in Dali Ibrahim, the Mediterranean Village in Oran, the Higher School of Sports Science and Technology, and Casablanca.
The visit of the Villarreal delegation comes at a time when the project is beginning to materialize, transitioning from the announcement and testing phase to regular training sessions, while awaiting the outcomes of discussions regarding future projects, particularly the training center of CR Belouizdad.
