The board of Zamalek SC has referred the file of Hossam El Zanaty, the candidate for the sporting director position, to Hussein Labib, the club's chairman, to finalize the details and reach an agreement on the last touches before the official announcement of his appointment.
According to "Youm7," Hossam El Zanaty has set a number of demands before finalizing the agreement with Zamalek's management, the most important of which is the regular payment of players' dues on time, in addition to working on resolving the registration ban issue, which would allow the club to strengthen the team and make new signings during the upcoming transfer window.
El Zanaty also stipulated that the youth sector should not be included in his responsibilities and that he should not interfere in matters related to this sector, whether it concerns promoting players to the first team, renewing their contracts, or international trial offers.
