Algeria U23: Kohili sets the record straight against South Africa! (video)

The Greens, led by Rafik Saifi, delivered a better performance in their second friendly match in South Africa against Bafana Bafana, following a previous defeat.
Indeed, the hopes had suffered a 3-1 defeat last Thursday in Durban against their South African counterparts, a match marked by the injury of left-back Anis Ouzenadji.
The coach decided to rotate his squad, primarily fielding players from the Algerian league.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 33rd minute with a own goal from CS Constantine defender Belgourai after Kohili lost the ball and Satta was outmaneuvered by Sundowns winger Lethalku, whose cross was deflected.
The Algerians quickly equalized, with a ball recovered in midfield, followed by a cross-field pass to the right wing where Dagenfors' Swedish forward, Karim Bouterra, delivered a cross that Benahmed Kohili (MCA) converted to finish the play (36th).
The final score was 1-1. With these two friendly matches, Saifi's record at the helm of the U23s stands at two wins, one draw, and two losses since his appointment in February.
