The Referees Committee of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) has announced the names of the referees assigned to officiate the matches of the third round of the current 2026-2026 professional league season.
The matches of this round are expected to start this Thursday and will continue over the following two days, Friday and Saturday.
Referee Akram Mechayri has been appointed to officiate the match between Union Biscarra and CR Belouizdad, assisted by Hamza Zitouni and Mohamed Lamine Ben Hamouda, while Abdel Rahman Sahraoui will serve as the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) with Lotfi Zarouka assisting.
The match between US Témouchent and JS Kabylie will be officiated by Mustapha Ghrib, with assistance from Mekran Qarari and Akram Zerhouni, while Lotfi Boukawassa will lead the VAR with Mohamed Amine Rzika assisting.
Referee Rafiq Ouina will oversee the match between Ittihad Khenchela and Najm Ben Aknoun, assisted by Ridwan Amour and Youssef Aroua.
On the other hand, Hicham Gouti has been appointed to officiate the match between CR Belouizdad and Mustaqbal El-Rouisat, with assistance from Mohamed Hamadi and Sami Jawad, and Tayeb Boudarbal serving as the VAR with Bouatiba Boualam assisting.
The match between Chabab El-Biar and JS Saoura will be officiated by the trio of Nabil Boukhalfa, Hicham Bouima, and Mustapha Ksar, while referee Tahar Boujemaa will oversee the VAR with Bilal Blout assisting.
Finally, referee Anes Azrin will manage the western derby between Olympique de Chlef and MC Oran, accompanied by assistants Reda Kliha and Abdelkader Slimani, with Fath Harkat serving as the VAR and Mohamed Ghazlan assisting.
The trio of Alaa Bouab, Hamza Bouzit, and Islam Boukhatem has been assigned to officiate the match between Olympique Akbou and CR Belouizdad, with Ridwan Allou serving as the VAR and Hussein Haj Yahya assisting.
Referee Yahya Dahar has been tasked with officiating the eastern derby between ES Sétif and CS Constantine, assisted by Yassine Ward Ben Salama and Amine Belaroussi, while referee Lahlo Ben Brahim will lead the VAR with Kheir Eddine Janadi assisting.
