The "Shark" group supporting Olympique Safi has intensified its criticism of the National Professional Football League, citing what it sees as delays in addressing the eligibility of the "Safi Shark" players ahead of the team's upcoming match against Chabab Ibn Jirir. They noted that the club's situation has raised many questions.

The group stated in a statement that the league should resolve issues that have final rulings, rather than linking the team's status to other cases that are still in process and have not yet been ruled on.

According to the same statement, the club has prepared a protocol to settle the cases in question, which are valued at approximately 680 million centimes, along with providing the necessary financial guarantees.

"Ultra Shark" highlighted that part of the amount related to broadcasting rights was discussed among the parties, after the league indicated that the amount the club would receive from the federation would be disbursed in installments. This led, according to the group's account, some individuals from the city of Safi to intervene and provide the remaining amount before depositing it with the league.

The group expressed its astonishment at the continued lack of resolution regarding Olympique Safi's status, despite the provision of the aforementioned guarantees, especially with the match date approaching and the club needing to settle its players' situations.

They also mentioned ongoing communication with league officials, who confirmed, according to the statement, that the file is complete from an administrative standpoint, awaiting final approval from league president Abdel Salam Belkashour.

In the same context, "Ultra Shark" criticized what it deemed the inclusion of future cases that have not yet been ruled on among the guarantees required to settle disputes, questioning the criteria used in dealing with different clubs.

They pointed out what they described as a disparity in the way clubs' files are handled, calling for the same rules to be applied to all teams.

The statement did not only address player eligibility but also linked these developments to Olympique Safi's project to transform into a sports company and enhance partnerships with sponsors, asserting that the club aims to build a more professional administrative model.

Conversely, "Ultra Shark" directed strong criticism at the league and the federation, accusing them of obstructing this direction. These accusations remain, pending an official clarification from the relevant authorities, a position issued by the group and do not in themselves constitute evidence of deliberate obstruction.
