Details of the coordination meeting to discuss preparations for holding the General Assembly at Al Ahly Club
Khaled Morsi, the acting executive director of Al Ahly SC, held a meeting this morning at the club's headquarters in Zamalek, attended by branch managers, department heads, and executive sector leaders, to discuss preparations for the upcoming ordinary general assembly scheduled for November.
The meeting focused on the work plan and coordination among various sectors of Al Ahly SC, ensuring that the general assembly proceeds smoothly and providing comfort for members during the event, while emphasizing the importance of facilitating registration and attendance procedures for members.
Review of Registration Procedures for Al Ahly's General Assembly
The meeting included a review of the procedures related to organizing the registration process, as well as preparing designated areas for the elderly and people with disabilities to facilitate their participation in the general assembly. Security and organizational arrangements for the assembly were also discussed, along with clear mechanisms for managing member movement within the club's premises, in addition to providing necessary teams to handle various situations.
The arrangements included providing transportation for members from the club branches in Nasr City, Sheikh Zayed, and New Cairo to the club's headquarters in Zamalek, to ease access for members wishing to attend the general assembly, as well as preparing parking areas in the surrounding areas of the club.
