The month of September has been particularly favorable for Bachir Belloumi at Hull City. The Algerian international has delivered several remarkable performances, and his club is now highlighting one of his goals as a candidate for the Goal of the Month for September.

The English club shared the various achievements selected for this honor on its social media. Belloumi appears twice among the nominations, as both of his goals scored against Chelsea in the same match have been nominated by Hull City.

The first, scored on September 12 at Stamford Bridge, is particularly memorable. After the Londoners took the lead, the Algerian brought his team back into the match with a powerful first-time shot. Following a long pass and a duel won by Ryan Giles, he delivered a cross into the box. Taking advantage of a hesitation from the Chelsea defense, Belloumi volleyed the ball low to beat Emiliano Martinez.

Minutes later, Hull City's number 10 struck again. After a header from Semi Ajayi hit the crossbar, Oli McBurnie played the ball into Belloumi's path at the edge of the box. The Algerian then unleashed an instant shot that, despite several deflections, found the back of the net to give the Tigers the lead.

For this honor, Belloumi is competing notably against his teammate Mohamed-Ali Cho, who scored his first Premier League goal against Newcastle, as well as Alfie Bray, who netted for the U18s against Bristol City.

This nomination highlights the successful month of September for the Algerian, who notably shone with his impressive brace against Chelsea. The winner will be chosen from the achievements selected by the club.
