"Exciting comeback" for Tangier against "MAS"

IC Tanger managed to turn a goal deficit into a 2-1 victory over their visitors, MAS, in a match held on Wednesday as part of the fourth round of the Professional Football League, boosting the "Knights of the Bay" to seven points.

The Fassi team opened the scoring in the 32nd minute through Christopher Ibiyi, benefiting from a pass by his teammate Khaled Baba, ending the first half with MAS leading 1-0 before the home side made a comeback in the second half.

IC Tanger waited until the 75th minute to equalize with a goal from Mohamed Saud via a set piece, before Hamza El Mouden added the second goal just one minute later, securing a valuable win for his team, which places them among the league leaders, while MAS remained at the same point total they had before the match.
