Abdel Nasser Mohamed, the football director of Zamalek, has held lengthy meetings with Angolan player Chikopanza in recent days, aiming to enforce discipline and commitment within the team, particularly regarding the player's behavior during matches and goal celebrations.
These meetings follow some behaviors exhibited by Chikopanza in previous matches, especially against Al Mokawloon, prompting the football director to speak with him directly, urging him to adhere to instructions and avoid any actions that could spark controversy or lead to penalties within the club.
Abdel Nasser Mohamed warns Chikopanza against repeating the incident
Abdel Nasser Mohamed has urged the Angolan player to maintain discipline on the field and refrain from unconventional celebrations, emphasizing the importance of controlling his actions during matches and celebrating in a manner befitting Zamalek's stature and jersey.
The football director also cautioned him against repeating what happened during the match against Al Mokawloon, in which the player removed his shorts and gifted them to a Zamalek fan, an act that prompted the administration to intervene and issue warnings.
Mohamed stressed during his sessions with the player the necessity of avoiding such behaviors in the future, asserting that adherence to instructions is non-negotiable and that repeating the incident could lead to penalties according to the team's regulations.
