Fayrouz Abou El Kheir successfully secured victory in the final match against England's Georgina Kennedy, winning 3-0, with game scores of 11-4, 11-5, and 11-3.
Strong Egyptian Participation in Sweden
The tournament featured a strong Egyptian presence, with the men's category including Mustafa El Sirty, Karim El Hammami, Mohamed Zakaria, Karim El Turki, Yahya El Nossani, and Mohamed Abou El Ghar.
