Under the leadership of its president Éric Alain Mantot, the Congolese Football Federation (FECOFOOT) held a major strategic meeting. This gathering involved the technical staff of the national A team, led by national coach Claude Le Roy and his assistant Omar Daf, as well as the U23 team under the guidance of Cédric Nanitelamio.
The main goal of this initiative is to create real connections between the different national categories. This framework for discussion and experience exchange aims to harmonize the methodology for monitoring and preparing players to ensure a smooth transition to the higher level.
Through this approach, FECOFOOT is laying the foundations for a rigorous and coherent technical organization. This strengthened collaboration between the teams aims to stimulate the emergence of young talents and sustainably optimize the performances of the Red Devils on the international stage.
