Two Algerian international players have been honored by L’Équipe following their remarkable performances over the weekend with Nice and Le Mans in Ligue 1.
Two Algerian footballers are included in the Team of the Week published by L’Équipe. Mohamed Amoura and Adil Bourabaa were praised for their impressive performances over the weekend with Nice and Le Mans. However, only Amoura was selected by Brahim Hemdani for the national A team.
The OGC Nice forward was once again decisive against LOSC. Mohamed Amoura found the back of the net and received a rating of 8/10 in L’Équipe. This performance strengthens his good form ahead of joining the Greens' gathering under Hemdani's direction.
Adil Bourabaa also stood out with Le Mans. The young Algerian scored a goal against Lorient and also received an 8/10. His performance allows him to be part of the midfield in this Team of the Week.
Unlike Amoura, Bourabaa was not called up for the A team for this gathering. The Le Mans player is, however, closely monitored by the Algerian staff and continues to gain credit through his club performances. He remains a member of Rafik Saïfi's U23 team.
