OM: Himad Abdelli disappointed after the Classique

Himad Abdelli did not hide his disappointment after the latest defeat of OM against PSG. A starter in the Classique, the Algerian still wants to focus on some reasons for hope.

Starting from the beginning in the Classique against Paris Saint-Germain, Himad Abdelli played 84 minutes before being substituted. The Algerian international, however, could not prevent another defeat for Olympique de Marseille (1-2), in a match where the Phocaeans held out against the Parisians for a long time.

After the match, Abdelli expressed his frustration: “We lost, we’re not taking any points, that’s the most important thing in football. We are very disappointed.” The Marseille midfielder did note some positive aspects: “We played a great match. Two mistakes, two goals… that’s what we need to correct.”
