Hossam Abdel Latif, the coach of the national under-2009 team, expressed his happiness with the team's performance in their opening match of the Gulf Cup, where they achieved a resounding victory with five goals to nil in the match held at Hamad Al-Khalifa Stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha.
Abdel Latif pointed out that the match provided many benefits, most notably the large scoreline, as well as keeping a clean sheet, especially since the Saudi team is considered one of the strong teams and the defending champions of the previous edition.
The Pharaohs' head coach concluded his statements by confirming that he will close the chapter on the Saudi match and now focus on the upcoming clash against Kuwait next Tuesday.
