Maza Competes for Prestigious Award in Germany

Algerian international Ibrahim Maza, star of Bayer Leverkusen, has been nominated for a prestigious award in Germany.

The “Les Verts” player has been included in the list of nominees for the “Fußball Felix 2026” award, which is given to the best player in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, as announced by his club on its official website.

Maza is competing for the “Fußball Felix 2026” award alongside four other nominees. Fans can cast their votes online until November 3.

The winner of the best player award in North Rhine-Westphalia will be revealed during the awards ceremony scheduled for November 27 in Düsseldorf.

The “Felix” awards are presented under the initiative of the Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia and the state sports federation to honor outstanding sports achievements over the year in seven different categories.
