Mbappé mocks the narrative of his dispute with Real Madrid and Zidane

Tinto explained: "What I was told is that Mbappé asked the club during derby week to make an effort and run a campaign for him regarding the Ballon d'Or, as that is what matters to him. But the club did not respond".

The Spanish journalist linked the club's refusal to Mbappé's behavior during the match, claiming that the forward felt frustrated by the response he received, which may have contributed to his actions during the derby.

Tinto said: "Now I understand Mbappé's behavior on the pitch during that derby; it was astonishing. It is not normal to be sent off or to play with a reduced squad and then walk around the pitch. Real Madrid was playing with nine players, and I know that the reason is that anger he felt".

According to the same account, Mbappé made a similar request to Zinedine Zidane, asking him to support his Ballon d'Or campaign, but the former Real Madrid coach was unable to back him, given the competition from his compatriot, Ousmane Dembélé, for the award.

The report also discussed Mbappé's power struggle with Real Madrid, warning the club of the fans' reaction if they believe the forward is prioritizing his personal ambitions over the team's interests.

Mbappé did not take long to respond to this story, sarcastically commenting on a post from "Radio Marca" on Instagram, saying: "Yes, yes, I was even angry with my great-aunt too".

During the program, journalist Javier Tinto mentioned that Mbappé had asked Real Madrid for support in the week leading up to the derby by launching a campaign to back him in the Ballon d'Or race, but the club declined his request.
