Announced a few days ago as the new sporting director and spokesperson for MC Alger, Amer Mansoul will not start his term after all. The club has communicated the failure of contractual negotiations between the two parties.

MC Alger and Amer Mansoul will not collaborate. Although the club announced on September 20 his appointment as sporting director and official spokesperson, the cooperation ends before it even begins. Mouloudia stated on Thursday that the contractual discussions had failed between the two parties.

In its statement, the management indicated that a "preliminary agreement" had initially been established with Mansoul regarding the main lines of the project, the objectives associated with the position, and the tasks assigned to him. The talks then continued around the contract and its various terms.

It was at this point that the discussions encountered obstacles. According to MCA, Amer Mansoul expressed reservations about certain clauses, particularly those concerning the "working framework and the manner of performing his duties," based on the company's internal regulations and procedures. Despite several exchanges aimed at finding common ground for both parties, no definitive solution was ultimately reached.

Mouloudia emphasizes that the negotiations ended "amicably," in an atmosphere of mutual respect, while wishing Mansoul success in the continuation of his career. This turnaround comes just a few days after the announcement of his arrival, which was supposed to be part of the club's new administrative restructuring.
