McLaren F1 reveals partnership with a prominent corporation known for its well-known consumer products.

The popularity of Formula 1 appears to be increasing by the minute, making it no surprise that the pool of sponsors is expanding significantly. Today, the McLaren Formula 1 team announced a new collaboration with Procter & Gamble, a corporation behind some of the most recognized household brands globally.
This announcement comes just before the Singapore Grand Prix sprint weekend, highlighting a partnership that will feature several fan-oriented campaigns throughout the Asia Pacific region with brands like Head & Shoulders and Oral-B. It remains uncertain if the McLaren cars will showcase their branding this weekend. Other brands included in the P&G lineup are Gillette, Tide, Pampers, Pantene, and Olay, with the company operating in around 70 nations.
Plans from P&G and McLaren
This collaboration will include products that feature both McLaren and P&G branding, along with various promotional initiatives aimed at McLaren fans and P&G customers throughout the Asia Pacific area.
P&G aims to enhance consumer interaction while reflecting McLaren's commitment to innovation.
Stanislav Vecera, president & CEO of P&G Asia Pacific, stated, "P&G and McLaren Racing share an unwavering dedication to innovation and high performance." He added, "Formula 1 and McLaren Racing unite individuals who appreciate technology, precision, progress, and unforgettable experiences - traits that also inspire P&G brands and the consumers we serve. The significance of Formula 1 to a household-brand titan
Formula 1 boasts a global fan base exceeding 830 million individuals. This marks a 64% rise since 2018, according to data released this year. Of this audience, 43% are under 35 years old, and 42% are female. Notably, 48% of new fans acquired in 2025 were also women.
A substantial portion of these figures comes from Asia. In 2025, Formula 1 recognized 221.1 million fans from China and nearly 79 million in India. To further entice potential sponsors, these fans are deeply involved in social media, gaming, fashion, and vibrant fan communities.
Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, remarked, "McLaren Racing and P&G embody a culture of innovation, precision, and ongoing enhancement." He added: "P&G's trusted brands are integral to consumers' daily lives, while McLaren Racing captivates our global fan base through performance, technology, and teamwork. This partnership enables us to engage with fans in innovative ways and brings our audiences closer together."
P&G and McLaren have collaborated in the past: Gillette and McLaren Mercedes investigated a marketing relationship in 2014 centered on “Precision Engineering.” The 2026 agreement marks a new initiative in the Asia Pacific region; however, further details on potential expansion remain undisclosed.
