Mohamed Maki criticizes the referees' performance after Haras El Hodood's draw with El Sekka El Hadid.

Mohamed Maki, the coach of Haras El Hodood, criticized referee Mohamed El Ghazi's performance following his team's draw with El Sekka El Hadid, stating that the decision to award a last-minute penalty to the opponents was the main reason for losing the win.

Maki pointed out that the penalty awarded by referee Mohamed El Ghazi to El Sekka El Hadid was incorrect in his view, arguing that this decision changed the course of the match and gave the rival a chance to equalize in the final minutes.

The Haras El Hodood coach expressed his discontent with El Sekka El Hadid receiving 5 penalties during the current season, noting that this raises questions, and he called on the Football Association to intervene to ensure fairness among all clubs.

Maki explained: "Before our match against El Sekka El Hadid, we contacted the Football Association and requested the appointment of an international referee, fearing that the referees would favor Ibrahim Nour El Din, the team's director of football. Mohamed El Ghazi was appointed, but his performance was no different from the others, as he awarded a penalty out of thin air that allowed El Sekka to equalize with us in stoppage time."

The Haras El Hodood coach added that his team performed strongly during the match and was close to securing victory, before the penalty in the dying moments deprived his team of the three points.

Maki concluded his statements by urging the referees' committee to maintain impartiality towards all clubs and not favor one team over another, emphasizing the importance of providing refereeing fairness to all teams so that match results are not affected by controversial decisions.
