Bachir Belloumi continues to establish himself as one of the most impressive players in the English league. Dynamic, decisive, and now backed by statistics, the Algerian is proving to be a key player in Hull City's attacking play.
Mohamed Bachir Belloumi is already emerging as one of the most difficult players to handle in the Premier League. The Algerian international leads the league in successful dribbles this season with 19, showcasing his ability to get past his direct opponent and constantly create danger on his right flank. Brazilian Savinho, now at Tottenham, closely follows with 18 successful dribbles.
This statistic perfectly illustrates Belloumi's exceptional start to the season. The Hull City winger not only provokes but also demonstrates efficiency in the final third, taking on more responsibilities in the Tigers' offensive play.
After eight rounds of the Premier League, the Algerian has already recorded 3 goals and 2 assists in 8 appearances, seven of which were as a starter. With five direct contributions, he is currently one of Hull's main attacking engines and their top scorer in the league.
His performances have not gone unnoticed by British observers. Belloumi has been nominated among the eight candidates for the Premier League Player of the Month award for September, after scoring a brace against Chelsea and providing an assist against Newcastle. This recognition reflects his rise in England.
