Raja to Face Warriors in CAF
Raja Club Athletic has learned its opponent for the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup, as Nigeria's Kanemi Warriors advanced to this stage after overcoming Guinea-Bissau's UDIB.
The Nigerian team secured its qualification with an aggregate score of 3-1, having achieved a significant 3-0 victory in the first leg held in Nigeria, before suffering a 1-0 defeat in the return leg played in Guinea-Bissau.
Raja will begin its continental campaign from the second preliminary round, having been exempted from the first round by the draw, where it will face Kanemi Warriors, who qualified at the expense of UDIB.
The first leg match between the two teams is expected to take place between October 16 and 18, with the return leg scheduled for October 23 to 25, according to the timetable set for the CAF Confederation Cup.
