Salah stated in an interview with Hesport that focusing on the health and social conditions of former Raja players is among his top priorities in the coming period, noting that many of them are facing difficult circumstances that require support and assistance, as well as efforts to improve their situations.
The new president of the association explained that he plans to address many issues related to former players, striving to serve their interests and amplify their voices, in addition to enhancing communication and solidarity among the generations that contributed to writing the club's history.
Salah expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by those present, affirming that he did not expect to be elected to this position, and he thanked the former players who gave him the opportunity to lead the association.
The general assembly witnessed the attendance of names who previously represented Raja during the 1980s and 1990s, along with players from more recent generations, in a gathering that brought together several figures who left their mark on the team's journey.
Salah is expected to begin forming the new executive office of the association and to establish a work program focused on monitoring the social and health conditions of former players, enhancing solidarity among them, while ensuring the preservation of the club's sports memory.
