The Saudi team, which has won the title three times, last in the sixteenth edition in 2004, will face the winner of the match between the UAE and Oman, who will meet in the other semi-final.
The Saudi team qualified after the original and extra time of the semi-final match ended in a goalless draw against Qatar.
The match remained scoreless for 120 minutes at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, with both teams unable to find the net, marking the first match in this edition of the tournament to end without goals.
