The Egyptian Football Association delegation continues its participation in the third day of the workshop organized by FIFA in Tunisia, as part of the football coaches' development program, with representatives from 26 African federations taking part.
Today's activities included participation from Shawky Gharib, the technical director of the Egyptian Football Association, who analyzed the federation's work strategy for the coming years. Dr. Gamal Mohamed Ali, the director of coaching, reviewed the coaching license systems and their updates, while Salah Ali, a member of the youth competitions management, participated in discussions about tournament systems for amateur players under 12 years old.
Today's events featured discussions on how to develop strategic plans to advance football, as well as the exchange of experiences and insights among representatives of the participating federations, contributing to strengthening the system and improving football across the African continent.
The events also included a celebration for Dr. Gamal Mohamed Ali's birthday, the director of coaching at the Egyptian Football Association, in a friendly atmosphere among the participants.
The workshop is scheduled to continue until October 10, during which the latest playing styles and tactics used in the 2026 World Cup will be discussed, along with exploring ways to develop the tournament system and improve coaching license systems.
