The Competitions Committee of the Egyptian Football Association has scheduled the Round of 32 matches in the Egypt Cup for November 6, 7, and 8, 2026-2027, following the draw held last Thursday.
The choice of November for this round is part of the EFA's efforts to establish a clear timetable for the Egypt Cup, which will help organize the domestic season and avoid scheduling conflicts with club and national team commitments.
The draw for the Round of 32 in the Egypt Cup has resulted in some exciting matchups, as follows:
Pyramids FC vs. the winner of El-Dakhleya and El-Sharqiya, Al Ahly Bank vs. the winner of Rabat and Al-Anwar and Port Fouad, Al Masry vs. Misr Lel Makkasa, Tala'ea El Gaish vs. Petrojet, ZED FC vs. the winner of Samanoud and Baladiyat El Mahalla, Smouha vs. the winner of Minya and Tanta, Wadi Degla vs. the winner of Tanta and Ismailia Electricity, Ceramica Cleopatra vs. Abu Qir Fertilizers.
Pyramids FC enters the tournament away from the paths of Al Ahly and Zamalek, opening the possibility of facing one of the two giants in the final if all three teams reach that stage.
