The Minister of Youth and Sports adds new talents to the youth and sports directorates in various governorates.

Key Changes in the Directorates

The reshuffle initiated by Jawhar Nabil, Minister of Youth and Sports, included "3" changes in the Youth and Sports Directorate of Aswan Governorate, which is now managed by Ayman El-Sayed Abdel-Maqsoud. The Youth and Sports Directorate of Beheira Governorate is now led by Ayman Mohamed Ragab, while the Youth and Sports Directorate of Damietta Governorate is headed by Hossam Kamal Abu Salem.

Meanwhile, the new changes announced today affected "8" directorates simultaneously, representing a fresh approach to youth and sports work, as follows:

1- Youth and Sports Directorate of Qalyubia Governorate, now headed by Eman Mohamed Ramadan

2- Youth and Sports Directorate of Alexandria Governorate, now led by Walid Abdel Aziz El-Rifai

3- Youth and Sports Directorate of Matrouh Governorate, now managed by Rehab Mohamed Hussein

4- Youth and Sports Directorate of Qena Governorate, now led by Ahmed Sayed El-Sweifi

5- Youth and Sports Directorate of Red Sea Governorate, now managed by Hussein Sayed Hanafi

6- Youth and Sports Directorate of Gharbia Governorate, now led by Mohamed Fathy Tawfik

7- Youth and Sports Directorate of South Sinai Governorate, now managed by Ahmed Sayed Masad

8- Youth and Sports Directorate of Assiut Governorate, now led by Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim

The Minister of Youth and Sports confirmed that these changes reflect the ministry's commitment to selecting competent individuals capable of executing its vision and achieving its goals across various governorates.

This new reshuffle is part of the minister's efforts to develop the youth and sports work system at the governorate level by introducing new blood into the youth and sports directorates, aligning with the ministry's vision to improve performance and enhance the quality of services provided to youth throughout the republic.

The minister noted that the changes implemented in the directorates do not necessarily indicate a shortfall in performance, but rather aim to expedite work and increase rates of achievement and development within each directorate in the governorate.

He emphasized that the success of the directors is measured by the level of development achieved and the financial sustainability that ensures the continuity of sports and youth activities in the governorate, mentioning that evaluations will be conducted throughout the year with a report prepared every three months on the performance of each directorate individually.

The minister concluded by affirming that the upcoming phase aims to build a more efficient, sustainable, and disciplined system.
