Egypt will host the World Club Handball Championship - Egypt 2026 for the third consecutive time, in its nineteenth edition, which will be held in the New Capital at the Club Hall, from September 24 to October 1, organized by the United Sports Company.
The largest participation in the tournament's history
This edition features the largest number of participants in the history of the World Club Handball Championships, with 10 clubs representing different continents. The participating clubs include: Egyptian club Al Ahly "host of the tournament" - Spanish club Barcelona "defending champion" - Kuwaiti club Burgan "representative of Asia" - Moroccan club Forum Derb Sultan "representative of Africa" - German club Fox Berlin "representative of Europe" - Brazilian club Pinheiros "representative of South and Central America" - American club Los Angeles "representative of North America and the Caribbean" - Australian club Sydney "representative of Oceania" - Hungarian club Veszprém "special invitation" - Egyptian club Zamalek "special invitation".
The United Sports Company revealed the tournament's logo, continuing the success achieved in the previous two editions, with the slogan "Egypt welcomes the world.. from the continents to the New Capital".
