A reliable source within Zamalek SC has revealed the truth behind recent rumors regarding a crisis between the management and Salah Mosadek, the former player, due to the disciplinary penalty imposed on the club by FIFA.

The source confirmed in exclusive statements to "Youm7" that these reports are completely untrue, emphasizing that the player has received all his overdue payments regularly and without any financial disputes.

Regarding the disciplinary penalty and the player's stance on it, the source clarified that the player had officially informed the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) of his agreement to lift the penalty since last June, reflecting both parties' desire to achieve stability within the team.

Zamalek Awaits Appeal Hearing

The source added that Zamalek's management is currently awaiting the scheduling of a hearing related to the appeal against the disciplinary penalty decision, which has not yet been resolved.

It is worth noting that the penalty includes a transfer ban for two periods; the first period was during the last summer transfer window, and the second period is set for the upcoming January transfer market, with anticipation for a final decision either to completely lift the penalty or to postpone it based on legal developments and cooperation with the player.
