The youth national team resumes training in preparation for their match against China in the Gulf Cup semifinals.

The national team, born in 2009, under the guidance of coach Hussein Abdul Latif, held its training today at the University of Qatar Stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha, in preparation for facing the Chinese national team in the semifinals of the Gulf Cup, scheduled for 8:15 PM next Sunday.

The players returned to training vigorously after the rest period granted by the coaching staff last Wednesday, following their crushing victory over Iraq with a score of 5-0 in the last match of the group stage.

The training sessions were marked by enthusiasm and competitiveness among all players, aiming to earn the coaching staff's trust to secure a spot in the starting lineup for the upcoming match. The coach also focused on addressing some technical aspects to achieve the best physical and technical performance.

All players participated in the training, with Dr. Amr Taha, the head of the medical staff, and Mohamed Al-Shishtawi, making significant efforts over the past 48 hours to prepare the players and avoid any injuries or fatigue.

The trio of goalkeepers continued their training under the supervision of Amr Abdel Salam, the goalkeeping coach, especially since all three participated in the group stage matches and are preparing to compete in the knockout rounds.
