The Egyptian Olympic coach told "Youm7" that organizing an event of this magnitude reflects the tremendous effort made by the military institution and the Egyptian Equestrian Federation. He noted that hosting a selection of the world's top riders in Egypt presents an important opportunity for gaining experience and exchanging technical knowledge, which contributes to the development of Egyptian riders' skills.

He explained that course design and preparing the competition arena are among the most critical technical aspects of show jumping, as it requires great precision in determining the racecourse, arranging the obstacles, and adjusting the distances between them, in accordance with the nature and technical level of each competition.

Asr added that the tournament featured seven different competitions, both team and individual events, each with a unique course design and layout, reflecting the level of technical and organizational work required to present the tournament in this manner.

He pointed out that the successful organization of a world-class event in Egypt is an important step for Egyptian equestrianism, emphasizing that the presence of this international elite in Egypt is not limited to competition alone, but also allows for the transfer of significant expertise to Egyptian riders and trainers, opening new horizons for the development of the sport.

He concluded his remarks by expressing his happiness at Egypt hosting this global event, stating that organizing a tournament of Longines' caliber was a dream realized, and he hopes for the continued hosting of such major championships to benefit the future of Egyptian equestrianism.
