Youssef Obama: What distinguishes Pyramids FC is having a clear strategy.. and our goal is to win all the trophies.
Youssef Obama, the striker for Pyramids FC, confirmed that the club's success and its group primarily depend on the professional management leading the team, headed by Mandooh Eid, the president of Pyramids, who aims to achieve unprecedented accomplishments and major titles, alongside a management team that includes the best talents in all areas of the club.
Obama explained in statements to ON Sport that what distinguishes the club is the system that Pyramids follows and the long-term plans that are implemented optimally, leading to success. He added that the club president is always present with the team to support and motivate the players during training and before each match, and the management meets all demands, whether high-level contracts or distinguished external camps, all for the comfort and focus of the players on the pitch.
The Team and the Group are Fundamental
Obama added that Pyramids' management sees the team and the group as the most important elements, and no player's interests can be prioritized over the team. From the first day of my presence, the club has implemented a policy of immediate rewards for good performance and immediate penalties for mistakes, which is the secret to success, as no player, regardless of their name, is allowed to deviate from the club's policy and system. He clarified that Pyramids has a clear system and plans that differ from other clubs in contracts, as it only includes the best elements needed, not just for the sake of signing, which gives each player a role and contributes to the success of the group.
Obama pointed out that the Pyramids dressing room is perfectly ideal and everyone is united, and there are matters applied within the group that cannot be disclosed, but they ensure that the team's interests surpass those of any individual player. This is clearly evident in every match, where players who do not participate are the first to celebrate with their teammates. This is due to the club's system and professionalism in dealing with players, as well as the policy of fairness and the collective spirit that prevails among everyone. He stated that Pyramids' goal this season is to win all championships and titles.
