Zamalek: We will ask the Slovenian embassy to provide a translator to listen to the VAR recordings from the big match.

Maher Gharib, the media director at Zamalek SC, revealed the club's stance on listening to the VAR recordings from the recent Cairo derby against Al Ahly, confirming that they will inform the clubs' association to contact the Slovenian embassy in Cairo if a translator is needed.

Gharib stated in remarks on the "Captain" program with Ahmed Hassan, broadcast on dmc: "Zamalek officials are waiting for the Egyptian Football Association's response to the complaint submitted by the club against the referees' committee regarding the derby match."

He continued: "We will take steps in order after the response; first, Zamalek must be allowed to listen to the VAR, and we will adhere to the delegation present, with all respect and appreciation, and we will not object."

Regarding the issue of the Slovenian translator, he said: "If we need a Slovenian translator, we will contact the association responsible for the tournament and ask them to reach out to the embassy to provide a translator."

Gharib concluded: "We are waiting for the Egyptian Football Association's response to determine the size of Zamalek's delegation and the timing to listen to the video technology."
