Mourinho reveals secrets of Inter night.. "An amazing match"

José Mourinho, the coach of Real Madrid, stated that his team achieved a hard-fought victory over Inter Milan with a score of 2-1 on Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League, after a match he described as "crazy," praising his players' ability to capitalize on the mistakes made by the Italian champions.

Mourinho told Movistar after the match at Santiago Bernabéu: "We receive a lot of criticism when the game is boring, but today's match was crazy, and it could have ended with one of the teams winning 7-6."

The Portuguese coach added: "We scored two goals while the opponent was facing some difficulties," praising his players and the effort that led to Federico Valverde's second goal.

Real Madrid opened the scoring with goals from Kylian Mbappé and Valverde in the 14th and 23rd minutes, taking advantage of Inter's defensive errors, before Carlos Augusto reduced the deficit in the 77th minute.

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was in top form, saving several dangerous chances from Inter, and noted after the match that his team managed to exploit the opponent's mistakes, adding that Real could have finished the match earlier.

Real Madrid secured their first 3 points in the tournament and returned to winning ways after losing to Real Betis in the fourth round of La Liga, while Inter suffered their first defeat of the season after achieving 3 consecutive victories in Serie A.

Mourinho previously won the UEFA Champions League with Porto in 2004 and with Inter Milan in 2010.
