The Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) has expressed its solidarity and wishes for a swift recovery to Tunisian international Hannibal Mejbri, following his recent injury and the surgery he underwent.

In an official statement released on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, the FTF emphasized its full support for the player during this challenging time, while highlighting “the determination and energy that define him on the pitch.”

The FTF is also confident that the midfielder will demonstrate the same strength of character to navigate this rehabilitation period.

The same statement reaffirmed its commitment to the player, who suffered a muscle tear, as well as to all Tunisian supporters eager to see him return to the field wearing the national jersey.
