Tunisian weightlifter Karem Ben Hnia once again shone on the international stage at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto, Italy, reaching the podium twice.
Karem Ben Hnia won a bronze medal in the snatch event, a remarkable performance that placed him third in a highly competitive field, before claiming a silver medal in the clean and jerk.
