Egypt begins its campaign in the championship in Group A, which also includes Cameroon and Congo, as the Pharaohs aim to deliver an outstanding performance and compete for the top positions, in line with the Egyptian Handball Federation's strategy to support youth teams and prepare a new generation capable of achieving continental success.
In related news, the Egypt U-20 handball team will arrive in Cairo on Monday afternoon after winning the Africa Championship by defeating Tunisia 31-29 in the final held in Côte d'Ivoire.
