Transfer Market: An Algerian player to succeed Tougai at ES Tunis?

After spending six years in Tunis, Mohamed Amine Tougai is back in Libya and is expected to be replaced by an Algerian defender also playing in... Libya!

Indeed, arriving in 2020 from NA Hussein Dey, 26-year-old Mohamed Amine Tougai, who won everything with Espérance de Tunis, has moved to the lucrative Libyan league by signing with Al Ahli Tripoli.

The Algerian and his Tunisian partner Yassine Meriah (32 years old) have created a huge gap in the defense of the Blood and Gold, where only Hamza Jelassi (34 years old) brings some experience.

To support Merouane Sahraoui, Raed Chikhaoui, and Koussay Smiri, the club's management has decided to recruit former USM Alger central defender Adem Alilet (27 years old), who also joined Al Ittihad Tripoli last February.
