Yacine Brahimi left his last match with Al-Gharafa injured and visibly affected, raising doubts about his availability for the clash against Al-Hilal. His condition is understandably concerning.

Brahimi had a particularly tough exit during his last game with Al-Gharafa. Having injured his foot, the Algerian international quickly realized he would not be able to finish the match. Emotional as he left the field, he displayed clear sadness and frustration at this latest physical setback.

Substituted in the 70th minute, Brahimi subsequently underwent tests to assess the severity of his injury. At this point, it seems almost certain that he will miss the upcoming match against Al-Hilal in the AFC Champions League. His absence would be a significant blow for Al-Gharafa, as the former FC Porto player plays a key role in the team's attacking dynamics.

On the other hand, his compatriot Adam Ounas is in top form for this match. The former Napoli player, who recently made his debut with Al-Gharafa, could seize this opportunity to gain more playing time and further integrate into the team's system.

A few days earlier, Brahimi had also mentioned a potential return to the Algerian national team. The player hinted that he no longer sees the national team as a priority and wishes to make more room for the new generation.
