Under-20 national team coach, Hussein Al-Arfi, has announced the list of players who will participate in the North African qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Al-Arfi has called up 24 players for the competition scheduled in Egypt from September 24 to October 6, including 10 professionals playing in European clubs.
The "Greens" will begin their qualifying campaign on Thursday, September 24, against Tunisia, followed by a match against Libya on Sunday, September 27, and they will conclude with a match against Morocco on the 30th of the same month.
The teammates of goalkeeper Mohamed Qabi will have a rest day on October 3 before finishing their campaign in the "LONAF" tournament against the Egyptian national team on October 6.
It is worth noting that all qualifying matches for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations will be held at the Suez Canal Stadium.
