Al Ahly's doctor explains the details of Taher Mohamed Taher's injury during the match against Abu Qir.

Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, head of the medical staff for the first football team at Al Ahly SC, revealed details about the injury of player Taher Mohamed Taher after the match against Abu Qir for Fertilizers in the league.

Gaballah stated that Taher Mohamed Taher experienced pain in the elbow area after participating in the match, which ended with Al Ahly winning 2-0.

The head of the medical staff at Al Ahly added that the player went for scans on the injured area to assess his condition and determine his status for the upcoming period.

Al Ahly, led by Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, secured a victory over Abu Qir for Fertilizers with two goals in the match held on Tuesday evening at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the fifth round of the Egyptian league this season.

Al Ahly scored its first goal in the 16th minute through Ahmed Sayed Zizo, who received the ball inside the penalty area and fired a powerful low shot that settled in the bottom left corner of the net. In the fourth minute of stoppage time, Hussein El Shaghat managed to score the second goal to secure the win for his team.
