Al-Masry conducts training sessions in two shifts in preparation for the Cairo Capital Cup.

Ahmed Sami, the head coach of the Egyptian Premier League team Al-Masry, has implemented an intensive training program for the Port Said players. The program includes two training sessions: a morning session in the gym and an evening session on the training pitch in Port Fouad, aimed at preparing the players during the current break.


Al-Masry Returns to Training Ahead of Match Against Ceramica

The first team of Al-Masry resumed training on Saturday evening at the team's camp in Port Fouad, under the guidance of coach Ahmed Sami, in preparation for their match in the first round of Group D of the Egyptian Professional Clubs League Cup, which will see them face Ceramica on October 8.

The morning training sessions for the first team include several physical training units, either in the gym or on the pitch, supervised by coach Ahmed Sami and his assistant staff.
